Leadership Coaching Program
We offer a Leadership Coaching Program (LCP) to provide support to help "level up" your leadership skills. This program is designed for all levels of leadership.
We leverage the GROW methodology in our program where we focus on goals, current reality, options and will. The length of the coaching program is 6-12 months depending on needs of the client.
Though specific focus areas vary substantially from client to client, there are common coaching topics for all levels and then some customization based on the topics coached. We meet you where you are at, and work to get you where you want to be.
The FOCUS:
What I find interesting is no matter what level of leadership you are in an organization there are common attributes, skills, talents you should possess.
