  • Moving from a MONOCULTURAL mindset to an INTERCULTURAL mindset leveraging the intercultural development continuum primary orientations

MY PROGRAM

INCLUDES:​

  • Access to take the 50-question IDI Assessment (it will assess your perceived orientation and your development orientation. Essentially how you perceive yourself versus how you answered the assessment.)

  • 1-hour debrief session to review the assessment results and walk through the Individual Development Plan (IDP)

  • 2 - 30-minute follow-up debrief sessions (6 months & 12 months from the session debrief)
